The Toolkit addresses the complete range of activities to consider in undertaking such trainings, from planning and scheduling to feedback and follow-up. The focus, however, is on training the trainer for successful classroom delivery, and the bulk of the resources are devoted to providing trainers with the tools, understanding, support, and skills necessary for this outcome.
